Yes. We require all clients to book a consultation before securing a date. This allows us to discuss your vision, event details, availability, and custom options to ensure we create the perfect setup for you.

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow time for design and preparation. Availability may vary during peak seasons.

We create favors for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, brunches, intimate gatherings, and special celebrations of all kinds.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon setup, depending on your contract agreement.

Pickup and delivery options are available depending on your location and order size. Details will be confirmed once your order is placed.

We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions. For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup indoor location or covered area. Clients are responsible for securing an alternate plan in case of inclement weather.

• Regular bookings (non-custom) may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the event. • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event are subject to 50% of the agreed total. • Customized bookings are 100% non-refundable. • Regular bookings canceled one week in advance may receive a full refund (excluding deposit).
