Refund Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

At Pretty Little Parties, each event date is reserved exclusively for you. Because we turn away other bookings once your date is secured, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event date (for non-custom rentals only) may qualify for a refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will be subject to a 50% charge of the total agreed amount.

Custom orders, personalized items, specialty décor, and made-to-order rentals are non-refundable once production has begun.

We do not issue refunds due to weather conditions. In certain cases, we may offer a reschedule option based on availability at our discretion.
